Online Returns Policy

 

ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE ARE FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE

 

Please note that Bliss Formal’s Return and Exchange policy is for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. 

 

All online merchandise marked Final Sale, priced at $498 or above, or sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Conditions:

 

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

 

If upon receiving your online order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a 15% restocking fee or have a one time exchange of your item within 3 days of delivery of the order (this includes weekends/holidays as we are here 7 days a week). 

 

Any return/exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will be rejected. 

 

*Returns/Exchanges are only applicable on online orders. 

 

All in-store purchases are final. 

 

Return:

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request a return label while filling out your Return Authorization Form, a $15.00 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once the request is approved or denied, you will receive a confirmation email from molly@blissformalstx@gmail.com.

 

** Do not send back your purchase until you receive this confirmation. **

Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip or invoice (this may be provided via email).

 

  • Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return package.
  • Your return must be in transit within 3 days of requesting your return authorization number.
  • Items not in transit within 3 days of return request approval will be rejected. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached in order to be accepted as a return.
 

Refund:

 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that your refund has been processed.

 

Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund.
